❋ Digital Marketing and Growth Strategist

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

Your primary focus will be to promote and grow revenue from our digital offerings, including courses, workshops, webinars, and masterclasses. You will be responsible for:

  • Youtube Audience Building: Cultivating a dedicated community of practitioners and individuals eager to integrate our methods (including body maps, workshops, and challenges) into their lives.

  • Brand Awareness: Strengthening the movement and visibility surrounding our core philosophy and digital ecosystem.

  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives and manage external communications to expand brand reach and engagement.

  • Provide a monthly dashboard that tracks key performance indicators and campaign metrics to evaluate ROI and inform strategic adjustments.

  • Execute targeted lead generation strategies and maintain partner relationships to ensure consistent growth and market presence.

  • Revenue Growth: Developing and executing strategies that turn digital content into sustainable profit centers.

Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • YouTube promotion expertise and basic post-production/video editing skills.

  • CRM & Email Marketing: Expert-level knowledge of CRM management (specifically GoHighLevel) and sophisticated email marketing automation.

  • Paid Media: Proven experience in planning and managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • AI Integration: Experience in AI agent creation and administration to streamline marketing workflows.

  • Ecosystem Experience: Prior experience working within the health and wellness industry.

  • Digital Sales: A track record of successfully selling digital products online and managing end-to-end funnels.

  • Web & Social Management: Proficient in website management and holistic social media strategy.

  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary remote team

Toolkit

You should be comfortable navigating and integrating the following tools:

  • CRMs: GoHighLevel (Primary), Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Web Platforms: Shopify, WordPress, or Squarespace.

  • Growth Tools: Apollo (or similar lead generation tools) and YouTube Studio.

  • Analytics: Deeply results-oriented with the ability to interpret GA4, marketing metrics, and performance data to pivot strategies.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

In addition to the technical requirements, we are looking for a strategist who brings:

  • Funnel Optimization: The ability to map out complex customer journeys from cold lead to loyal community members.

  • Copywriting: Strong persuasive writing skills for high-converting landing pages and email sequences.

  • Agility: A "test and learn" mindset—quickly identifying what isn't working and doubling down on what is.
